Atlas Pro Mixing Nozzle-Square (Low-Waste) for Dual-Barrel Cartridges

The Atlas Professional 200ml, 400ml, 600ml, and 1500ml universal mixing nozzles/tips are designed for use with all standard C-System (Bell-Style) 200ml, 400ml, 600ml, and 1500ml Dual-Barrel epoxy and adhesive cartridges. These 5-inch, 24-element Mixing Nozzles work with the most popular brands of larger (C-System) adhesive cartridges, and are compatible with 200ml, 400ml, 600ml, 850ml, and 1500ml cartridge sizes.

The Atlas Professional Square Quadro Mixing Nozzles are used to dispense 2-part adhesives from 200ml, 400ml, 600ml, and 1500ml C-System plastic cartridges, and are compatible with both 1:1 and 2:1 ratio formulas. The Square Quadro design, also known as 'turbo', allows for maximum mixing in a smaller, shorter footprint, enabling users to get closer to the materials they are bonding and leaving less wasted material in the mixer. These mixers are connected with a bell outlet and have a stepped tip that can be cut to adjust the amount of adhesive being dispensed.

The universal low-cost design of these mixing nozzles works with all standard Bell-style (C-System) cartridges, making them excellent for use with a variety of adhesives, including Epoxy, Silicone, Urethane, Foam Urethane, Acrylic, and Polyesters. Each pack includes the same number of mixing nozzles plus the related inner/inside mixing assembly, providing a complete solution for single-use dispensing of 200ml, 400ml, 600ml, and 1500ml Dual-Barrel adhesive cartridges.
